Store And Privacy Policy

Store working days:

  • Saturday to Thursday.
  • The first three days of holidays are a vacation for the store and are not considered working days.


Customer Data:

  • The store is committed to preserving and protecting the customer's data from all circumstances.
  • The store has the right to share customer data to order parties such as delivery officer or shipping companies and stakeholders.


Technical support:

  • Customer's technical support is available through the media available and accredited from 9 am to 9 pm (and in Ramadan from 8 pm to 2 pm)
  • Accredited media are Instagram, WhatsApp and Emails only.


orders:

  • Before paying, the customer must review the available means.
  • Before ordering please read the product description carefully.
  • If the order arrives incomplete or inconsistent with what was ordered from the store, the store bears responsibility and the customer is entitled to request financial compensation or to complete the remainder of the order provided that the store is notified (through available media) within 7 working days of receipt of the order.
  • The order is only confirmed after payment.
  • Customer cannot return one or more products after order confirmation. But the customer can review the technical support if anything goes wrong.
  • The customer provides the store with the clear address and contains the name and street next to it the number of the house, neighbourhood and landmark beside the address and the lack of such information is considered a lack of address.


Shipping:

  • The store doesn't alter the address. The shipping company delivers the order to the address according to the customer's book.
  • The order is delivered to the shipping company within three working days.
  • Delivery of the shipment is made to the address or branch located in his city depending on what is available at the shipping company.
  • The exact shipping time is approximate and may extend for longer time up to 15 working days after shipment for available shipments.
  • Delayed shipping due to lack of information relieves the store of responsibility for the delay.
  • Return the shipment due to lack of information The customer bears the value of returning the shipment to the store and shipping it again.
  • Time is calculated after delivery of the order to the shipping company.
  • After shipping the order the customer cannot modify or cancel it.
  • After shipping the order the customer follows up the order with the shipping company to ensure that it is received on time.


Follow-up shipments:

  • When the order is executed by us, a text message will be sent to the customer with the shipping policy tracking link.
  • Shipments from the store are monitored until they reach the first customer.
  • One of our priorities is the obligation of shipping companies to deliver on time, but there may be delays due to the compression of the schedule of shipping companies or any reasons beyond our control or due to the current exceptional circumstances experienced by the country and any delay in ordering due to the shipping company or exceptional circumstances is outside the responsibility of the store and the flaw is followed up with the customer and is compensated in case of loss of order.
